Service Process Description
In accordance with your company’s standard return-to-manufacturer process, we will first conduct an initial diagnosis of the issue, then arrange for shipment, testing, quote confirmation, and return shipment, thereby minimizing unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Self-Diagnosis and Data Preparation
Please first verify the power supply, wiring, fuses, and alarm status, and ensure you have the equipment model, serial number, description of the issue, and contact information ready.
Submit a Repair/Calibration Request
After you submit the form online, our service engineers will use the device information to determine the appropriate course of action and arrange for the device to be returned to the factory or calibrated.
Return-to-Factory Testing and Feedback on Results
Once the equipment arrives, we will conduct an inspection and assessment. If repairs or calibration are required, we will provide you with the inspection results, recommended actions, and a schedule for the work.
