  • Voltage accuracy is as high as 0.6 mV, with voltage ripple and noise as low as 2 mVrms.
  • Current measurement accuracy in the μA range, with support for automatic range selection and static power consumption testing.
  • Up to 12 channels per unit, with channels isolated from one another; supports daisy-chain configuration.
  • Supports a variety of test conditions, including battery simulation, battery charging and discharging, SOC testing, and sequence testing.

The Y1112 features a bidirectional design, allowing independent control of the current input and output directions for each channel, making it suitable for both active and passive BMS balancing tests.

The product features 1μA-level current accuracy and can be used to measure standby power consumption, helping customers identify low-power designs and detect faulty prototypes.

Ultra-high integration and high synchronization

Integrates 12 independent channels within a 19-inch 1U chassis, with multi-channel synchronization of ≤150 μs, making it suitable for high-speed simulation testing such as BMS HIL.

It can be controlled directly via host computer software, supports waveform export and multi-parameter programming, and meets the requirements for R&D, ATE, and automation system integration.
